If it is not indicated as a Kirin processor, your phone is using a Qualcomm processor. Check your phone's processor, go to Settings > About phone > Processor. On phones equipped with a Qualcomm processor, you will not be able to link your HUAWEI ID with your Safe. In Files version 8.1.2.302 and later, you can link your HUAWEI ID with your Safe and reset your Safe password by verifying your HUAWEI ID. If you forget the password and can't remember your answers to security questions, there will be no way to access your Safe or retrieve the files stored in it.
